A Gutter Is a Drainage System, Not a Strip of Metal
Most gutter failures are not material failures. They are installation failures that took a few years to show up. Gutter set dead level holds water permanently. Brackets spaced too far apart sag once the run fills. A roof with too few downpipes for its area will overflow no matter how clean the gutter is.
So we measure the roof, work out the catchment feeding each run, and size the gutter and the downpipes to it. The fall gets set properly, every joint and stop end is sealed, and before we leave we put water through the run and watch where it goes.

Usually not. As long as we have access around the perimeter of the house, most work happens outside and you do not need to be there. We send photos on completion.

No. We work on gutters, downpipes and fascia, not on the roof itself. We do not repoint, rebed, replace tiles or carry out roof restoration. If we spot a roof problem we photograph it and tell you, and our sister business Roof Revival WA handles that side.
